Ahh so things have been a little busy lately but I’m trying to stay on schedule and put more of a focus on running the closer I get to the half marathon. So here is what I’ve done so far this week.
Monday- 3 mile run (am)
Tuesday- 3 mile run (am) + abs (pm)
Wednesday - 12 mile hike (the highest peak in the eastern united states wow I know I am annoying please forgive me but best. experience. ever.)
Thursday - rest. Yoga+ foam rolling+ loads of stretching and a short jog to break in my new trainers
All in all, so far so good. Hope everyone is having a great week!
